| Report: | No.2 string for Wrexham Rhys Williams retired injured at the end of the 2nd game
Half term squash who would of thought it...
The mix of youth and experience that are Tattenhall 2 visited the tropical climbs of Brymbo in a closely contested match, Rhys and Willow had some short rallies and nearly broke sweat before Rhys pulled up lame with a hamstring injury. Next up Ethan fresh from his U15 Welsh Junior Open success made Richard nervous racing to a 2-0 lead with some powerful drives before the whippet settled down and played some solid squash to win 3-2. A similar story was unravelling on court 2 with Tom beating Lewis 2-0 with some great kills, Lewis edging it 3-2 with some skills only a farmers hand could produce. 2-1 Brymbo, Mark was on against Whitehouse jr and myself and SR, Mark wining 3-1 against the talented Liam and I beat Dave 3-2 in a close match. Chinese and a good laugh to finish.. see you in two weeks for the return leg |
