| Report: | Superb evening of Squash tonight. Both teams gave their all, with Whitby taking the honours by the narrowest of margins.
Bob took the lead vs Keith. Oh so close, but Keith just had that extra yard that took victory.
John vs Matt, John playing the virgin at number 3 for the first time, Started like a demon to take the first game, only for Matt to play him at his own game to take the next three.
so Whitby almost down and out, 2-0 down.
Tom vs Simon was the key to the final result, at 2-0 down Tom looked out of it with Simon playing shots that he just couldn't see. Tom (the rash) just doesn't know when to give up. Clawing his way back into the game with slow ball, nik nak, squash that Simon couldn't follow. So Tommy somehow got to game ball and took the win, Best match of the night.
Andy Vs Dave was the quickest game of the evening, with Andy managing to control Dave's exhuberance to take the win.
So it was down to Shaun vs Rob to see who took the honours.
At 2-2 it looked like it could go either way, but after getting a right royal Bollocking, Shaun took the winning game with ease, best game of the night.
So after a losing start Whitby took the honours, but Heswall should hold there heads up high on a night of great Squash.
