| Report: | oh so close again for Whitby another 3-2 defeat.
The two john's on first to go close, but not close enough to leave Whitby 2-0 down.
Shaun and Tom then take centre stage.
Shaun started well to take the first game, continued playing well to take the second game. Nearly took the third before decisively taking Tom to the cleaners in the fourth for a great win, game on for whitby.
Tom on the other court had a humdinger of a game going 2-0 down before clawing his way back into the game, taking the next two. So its down to the fifth to keep Whitby's hopes up. Unfortunately Matt had other ideas and walked away with the win.
The last game was all about making the score look repectable.
Cameron walked onto court and never looked back as he out rallyed and outplayed John for a brilliant win.
On another day Whitby could have snuck the points but it wasn't to be. Onto next week for another try.
