| Report: | Tattenhall were hoping to steal a few points off high flying Brymbo even though they were disappointed to see Brymbo turn up with a strong squad.
First up Georgy Dobson v Hannah Davies. Hannah mullered poor George 3-0. It was George's first game after a month away in New Zealand.....let's hope he can get his mojo back for next week.
Next up big Tom v young Jack. Tom hit some nice shots but Jack was just too strong on the night. At times it was as if Tom still had his mind on work.
Then Giles took on tricky double handed back handed Jon...Giles struggled to read the now infamous double handed back hand, but, he got more points than George😀.
Not looking good for Tattenhall.
Then old man Whitey v a fit looking Daza. Whitey looked sharp to zoom into a lead in the first two games, but, master Daza clawed both of them back. Whitey kept going and sneaked the third ( wheyyyyy heyyyyy Tattenhall had a point😀😀). But Daza showed everyone who was the boss taking the fourth 11-1.
Then the big guns....Kettsey Baby v J D. Ketts got mullered for 1 point in first....I think he was still on the train from London. JD was looking sharp. Ketts managed to dig his way into the match and took the 3rd game......(😋😂😀😀 Oooooo 2 points for Tattenhall)....but JD picked up the pace to close out the match.
5-0 to Brymbo...well played. |
